Delete In The App

Sign in to the account you want to delete, open your account settings, and choose Delete account. The app sends a signed deletion request to the Anagram Heist server, which removes the Firebase Auth account and known Anagram Heist account data associated with that signed-in user.

If the app cannot refresh your signed-in session, sign in again and retry deletion from the app.

What Is Deleted

Account deletion removes or de-identifies the Firebase account identity and known owner data we maintain for Anagram Heist, such as profile data, preferences, stats, achievements, daily records, and match records tied to that account.

Some limited records may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or multiplayer safety enforcement.

Support Fallback

If you cannot access the signed-in account or the in-app deletion control, email joshuasash@gmail.com. Include the email address used for your Anagram Heist account, if you created one, and your display name if you know it. We may ask for more information before deleting data so we can verify the account.
